This is a wonderful villa to rent in Turkey, it is located in the exclusive resort of Kalkan a unique Turkish town which is completely devoted to the tourism trade.
This property offers the perfect self catering experience if you require your own space but wish to be within walking distance of the town centre and local attractions.
The villa is in a superb position within walking distance of the local amenities and shops. It offers a truly amazing terrace with comfy seats and spectacular views over Kalkan bay.
It has its very own large private infinity pool with large patio/sun terrace area and garden laid to lawn with shrubs and trees.
It is fully equipped with a large outside table which seats 10 people, the outside area offers both shaded parts and ideal sunbathing spots.
There is a BBQ where you can cook your freshly bought fish whilst sipping a cool beer and enjoying the sun setting over Kalkan bay.

The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and consists of the following:-
Each bedroom is air conditioned has been tastefully furnished with local furniture, the ceramic flooring and sumptuous soft furnishing gives an air or tranquillity to these rooms. These rooms are all fitted with hair dryers.
Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has its own wet room. There are French doors opening out to a seated area.
The master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms on the first floor all have private balconies with fantastic sea views.
The Large 5th bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and can be configured as a twin or large double. It has a large adjoining wet room which also houses a laundry area with automatic washing machine, iron & ironing board. Access to roof terrace.
Two of the twin rooms can be configured as twins or King size doubles. A cot can be easily accommodated in the master bedroom or bedroom 5 without compromising space.
Ensuite bathrooms to Bedrooms 1 and 2 with shower over full sized bath. Shared bathroom on 2nd floor between bedrooms 3 and 4 comprising wc, basin and shower.
There is a shower room on the ground floor comprising wc, basin and shower.
The open plan design of the living space in this villa works extremely well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need although the restaurants are all so excellent (with some delivering to the Villa) you may need some persuading to cookThere is a supermarket close by who will deliver if required.
A daily market of fruit, Veg & fish takes place in the village.
The Villa is also located near to the weekly market place, The living area has panoramic views of Kalkan. There are two lovely comfy sofas and plenty of space to sit and listen to music or watch TV (please bring your IPOD, connection cable in villa) or your favourite music.
A selection of DVD's are available in Villa or easily & cheaply purchased locally).
There are 2 pay as you go local mobile phones programmed with useful numbers, enabling you to keep in touch with your party easily & cheaply
Welcome pack supplied on arrival. Towels and linen are provided. The villa is cleaned every week.

Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of £250, this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions.
Please note that prices are for the villa and not per person, villa sleeps 10 people.
