Villa Sanyanga is located in a luxury private residential development on a hill above Surin Beach, with a security barrier at the entrance and guards on 24 hour duty. The villa is at the end of a cul de! sac, so is very quiet. All the rooms in the house are extremely spacious, and the built area covers 2,300 sq. meters, on 1.77 rai.
The position of the villa on a hill means there are cool sea breezes year round and there are panoramic views over the whole of Bang Tao Bay on one side, and over a coconut palm grove to the Andaman sea and Surin beach, on the other side.
The villa is approximately 30 minutes from the airport. There is a large supermarket a couple of minutes drive from the villa, with many other shops around 30 minutes drive away. There are also many good restaurants of all standards and prices near the villa, and several golf courses very close by.
The beautiful large terrace has an infinity pool with stunning views over two sides, and has open air dining next to the pool,and in the shaded Thai Sala, and sun loungers for relaxing under the Frangipani tree, as well as a separate barbecue area.

The fifth bedroom forms a family suite with bedroom 3, sharing a bathroom. It is a large family room with 2 children's beds, a cot, and a sofa-bed, large screen TV, children's DVDs and toys.
The dining room, which leads off the pool terrace, has a table seating 12, and panoramic views over Bang Tao bay, and the Andaman sea. The kitchen is modern, western, and well equipped.
The living room has a large flat screen TV with Sat. TV and many DVDs. There is also a comfortable seating area in the shaded area outside the living room with views over the pool and bay.
