Booking notes
These weekly rates are for the Villa with a maximum of 10 people. The price includes the cleaning of the villa at the end of the week and the maintenance of the garden. The house is fully equipped from bedlinen to beach towels and are all included. Half of the rental is due at the time of booking and the remaining half 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit is also required and will be returned within one week of departure providing the villa is in excellent condition.
