Outside there is a sea view terrace, a wonderful garden of 2.000 meters square with wild olives, barbecue, private car parking.
Villa Playa is the ideal place to spend some pleasant days to get in contact with nature and where to stay himself to breathe the warm atmosphere of Sicily.
About the distances: by walking a big market only 300 meters away; the village of Castellammare only 450 meters away and the sandy beach 1 km.
The villa is very quiet and cool, the air-conditioning isn't necessary, it is a perfect solution for two persons.
