The villa conmprises 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fire place and separate dining area, lovingly furnished with lots of antiques. This room opens onto a large covered terrace with comfortable terrace furniture and breathtaking sea views.

Further on this floor a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and a guest lavatory. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two shower rooms. One of the bedrooms opens onto a terrace with sea view.

The garden is a delight with lots of subtropicla flowers and plants. At the bottom of the garden there is a large, furnished terrace overlooking the bay. Here you will find a large jacuzzi (3 mtr. diameter) with hot and cold water, an outdoor shower and lavatory. Villa Annette has airconditioning, ADSL internet and private parking on the grounds.
