The stunning rock face of Puig Maria provides the dramatic backdrop to the garden and house of El Coster del Puig.
The house is a beautifully renovated stone built finca (farmhouse) in an area of
mature gardens and olive groves. With panoramic views of the mountains, a large pool and ample terraces, the house is a perfect venue for family holidays or a quiet romantic retreat from busy lives.
The house has been completely and sensitively renovated to a high standard. It is perfectly located in a stunning rural landscape and yet within easy walking
distance from the centre of the beautiful old town of Pollenca.
The garden has developed with us over 15 years and we now have trees, shrubs and lawns that provide a beautiful landscape from every angle and aspect.
The area near the house and pool has a well established lawn.
The shrubbery's of bougainvillaea, rosemary, hibiscus and podreana and jasmine provide flower all year round. The garden affords shade throughout the whole day without having to retire to the house, either under the trees or on the terraces located around the house.
There is an acre of orchard and olive groves with rock formations and shady areas that are perfect for a quiet stroll.
The covered terrace and barbeque overlooks the garden and pool and is the perfect place for meals and hanging out at any time of the day. There is comfortable seating for 10 around a large glass topped table.
There is garden uplighting for creating a soft, romantic setting after dark.
There are three further table and chair configurations offering a choice of
beautiful settings for eating or relaxing.
