Basic guide for getting around Dream Villa Rentals
1. Starting your search:
Whether you are looking for a luxury villa in the Algarve
or an exclusive apartment in Cannes, the way to search
is easy and straight forward.
On the left hand side of the home page you will see
the country name for example:
- Spain
- Portugal
- Florida
- Tuscany
Click into your preferred destination and then click the links into the specifc regions
2. Finding a property:
Throughout Dream Villa Rentals you will find luxury
holiday villas, apartments, cottages, farmhouses, châteaux
and more. They vary from 2 to 15 bedrooms and most come
with private or communal pools. The total number of
properties are listed in the main sections i.e. 0-55,
with 10 properties featured per page. Once you have
seen the first 10 simply click 'next page' to view the
rest (but always remembering to scroll to the bottom
of each section)
You will be presented with a selection of thumbnail
adverts designed to give you an idea of what the accommodation
has to offer, before viewing the owners/agents main
advert. Small ad's include:
- 1 photo of the property - (normally the outside
of the villa or apartment)
- Short description briefly explaining what the property
has to offer
- Where the property is located
- How many people it sleeps
- Cost to rent per week - normally prices are in UK
pounds (please use the 'currency converter' to find
out the rates in Euros, Dollars, etc)
Once you see a villa which looks of interest, simply
click 'view villa'. This will take you into the owners
main advert which will give you a full description on
the holiday accommodation. Full details include:
- 4 full photos of the property
- A full description on what the property features
- A brief description on the area, plus information
on local amenities such as golf courses, places to
eat and places of interest. The descriptions are written
by the owners or agents who have first hand knowledge
of the properties and the areas.
- Full contact details for the owner/agent i.e. name,
contact numbers, fax, e-mail address and sometimes
their personal website
- A reference number
If you looking for information on more than one property
it is recommended that each time you find a suitable
villa click ' my enquiry list ' on the advert. Once
you have finished your search around the site you can
then go to the 'enquiry list ' on the home page and
the properties you choose we be there for you to study
in greater detail.
3. Booking the property:
Simply contact the owner or agent using one of the
methods above for more information or to make a booking.
And please ensure you state 'Dream Villa Rentals' and the advertisers
'ref number', which is displayed on the advert. For
