The holiday villa is located near San Agusti on the west side of the Island of Ibiza, a 5 minute drive to San Jose, 15 to Ibiza Airport and Ibiza Town. San Jose beaches, including Es Torrent, Es Xarcu and Cala Jondal/Blue Marlin can be reached within 15 minutes.
The surrounding area is now a fully protected conservation area under Ibizan law, providing privacy and tranquility and boasting many fantastic, signposted walking and bicycle routes in the vicinity. The house is modern, beautiful and offers you all the holiday comfort you need!

The stainless steel kitchen is equipped with industrial restaurant quality appliances and is every chefs dream. American style refrigerator, and separate wine fridge. Borretti five burner gas hob. Double convection oven, and microwave.
Utility Room:
The garage, off the main entrance, fits up to four cars and leads to a large utility room with 8kg load washer and dryer.
Living Rooms:
The living and dining room afford spectacular views of the sea in distance, and is furnished with design furniture and equipped with a 42" plasma TV, with Sky TV, DVD player, and built in Ipod compatible sound system with four DAS integrated speakers.
