This stunning property is located in the south of the island at km 6 between Ibiza town and San Jose, the drive is 15 mins from the airport, 15 mins from Ibiza town and 20 mins to the marinas, close to the southern beaches (Salinas, Es Cavallet, Cala Jondal, Es Torrent, Es Xarco) and 15 mins to Playa den Bossa (Hard Rock hotel, Ushuaia…).
A tar road leads you mid hill, it's a very private and calm area with only a few big villas constructed at the top. The holiday villa sits on a flat area, vith a view of the surrounding green hills and the sea (Cala Jondal). From the first floor terraces you have a better view stretching towards the Salinas, and more sea view towards Cala Jondal.
This exclusive holiday villa was built in 2013 and designed by the famous architect Jaime Serra who has studios in Ibiza and Barcelona.
