The living room of 150 m2 offers a wonderful view of the infinity pool and the sea, the living area with a tv room with blue-ray and Ipod base with Bose speakers inside and outside on the terrace, reading corner, fireplace and office space.
There is a large dining table for 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen of 55 m2 separate from the living area by a sliding door, with appliances from Neff and Liebherr refrigirator, Miele washing machine and dryer. On the second level there are 4 bedrooms en-suite, all with balcony, dressing room, satelite tv. The guest house has a private terrace with stunning views of the sea, a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, dressing room, kitchen with bar and lounge and tv.
The villa has 3 swimming pools, an infinity pool on the covered terrace, a larger pool below the garden of 15×3 meters and an indoor pool at the level below the villa where we can also find a hammam, a jacuzzi for 8 people with sea view and a separate apartment for staff.
