Situated on a hillside near the village of San Jose (15 minutes from Ibiza town, 10 from the airport and Cala Jondal), This truly beautiful large holiday home in Ibiza offers visitors privacy in a rural setting amongst 7000m2 of countryside. The property boasts wonderful panoramic views of the valley, the Mediterranean sea and Formentera.
This original farm house (finca) was built in 1700 consisting of typical Ibizan construction with different heights and sizes, with whitewashed walls and ceilings with beams of juniper wood. The large villa consists of four buildings: main house, guest house, loft house and coral.
There are beautifully maintained gardens with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, 50 m2 swimming pool surrounded by a spacious solarium fully equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue with large stone dining table, massage areas with Balinese temple, 2 external showers (hot/cold), parking for 8 cars and electric gate.
LIVING AREAS
The main living area has a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and docking station and leads out to the terraces and outdoor lounge area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the spacious outdoor dining area and access to WiFi and the music system throughout the house. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.
In the first guest house there is a kitchenette and private terrace and in the second a large living room with fireplace, private terrace and outdoor chill out area.
