The holiday villa has private gates and is fully fenced ensuring guests have privacy, the driveway towards the house is lined with huge palm trees with lush gardens and lawns beyond. Behind the property there is space for parking up to six vehicles outside or there is interior parking with room for even more cars.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The spacious outdoor surroundings boast many features, from the luxurious sun loungers surrounding a large private pool, to a beautifully furnished porch with TV for outdoor entertainment, as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The covered outdoor kitchen has a barbecue area and is equipped with two large fridges, a freezer, a designated paella area and dining area.
This area also contains an exterior bathroom with shower which services both the BBQ area and the exterior areas, perfect for anyone who needs a shower after using the swimming pool. From the exterior kitchen there is direct access to a chill out area and the beautiful garden with over 10,000 square meters.
LIVING AREAS
The living areas at the luxury villa are bright, open-plan and wonderfully designed. The lounge area boasts comfortable sofas, as well as a big plasma TV and a fireplace. The fireplace divides the lounge from the adjoining dining room, which contains a large table with fantastic views to the garden and pool area.
The designer kitchen contains all the necessary cooking equipment for the preparation meals, such as a Vitro ceramic oven, hob, double sink, microwave, dishwasher and smaller kitchen appliances, such as a toaster and coffee machine.
There is also a modern, breakfast style bar and a table with four chairs to allow you to enjoy your lunch without having to leave the kitchen. The laundry area is fully equipped with washing and drying appliances and there is a full guest bathroom on the ground floor.
