This stunning holiday villa is just a 15-minute drive to the coastal town of Santa Eulalia. In the opposite direction, it’s about a 20-minute drive to Ibiza Town, where you can browse designer boutiques, dine out in some of the islands best restaurants and sample the town’s famous nightlife. Your stay includes a chef and housekeeping service and the use a Jeep and Range Rover.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The extensive private grounds at this luxury villa include large lawn areas surrounding the property with wonderfully maintained Mediterranean gardens, a mini football field with artificial grass and children's play house. There is a great covered outdoor entertaining area with chill-out area, dining area and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The large private heated pool (23m x 5m) is surrounded by quality sun loungers, umbrellas and relaxed seating perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. There is also a big parking area for several cars (up to 12).
LIVING AREAS

Concrete floors and ceilings make a smooth, understated background for the open-plan lounge/dining room, which has a relaxed sitting area with beautiful furnishings, a dining area with plenty of seating around the table and a fully equipped kitchen with white cabinets and open shelving.
